A friend deposited money for me on the 07/02/2013 at 11 during the day at the burgersfort branch with a teller, he was not even told the branch is offline, come 4 o'clock the money was still not in, i pickeup the fone called standar bank call centre to findout whats happenin i spoke to felicia mdaka after spendin 20minutes on the line she trasfred me to eastgate instead of checkin with burgersfort, wehn i called in again i spoke to prinesh spend 40minutes on the line no assistance, he was just telling me trash, he put me through to benjamin neransamy who happens to be the teamleader n he just told me as well and was not willing to assist, i was stucked, needed money for petrol and nobody could explain what is happening, disgusting service from you guys. Remaining standard trash as always, you guys need to up your game or you will lose all your clients, im really disgusted by the service i received from these 3 indivisuals and any rejection charges that occured yesterday i want them unpaid into my account asap. You call centre needs new trained ppl that can do the job and know what service is about, i hope you fire these...
