Pathetic service

Lately i have been having problems with this branch alot staff are slow and liars this morning i went in to get a temp card and my account was blocked due to minus figures now my account is been paid and brought up to dateand that lady took down my details and said she will call me it will only take about ten mins 3 hours ;later i decide to go into the bank to find out whats happening and there is this long line i asked the 1 guy to help me He said i must stand in that line as he his going into a meeting is this the type of service you guys offer??? // is this how you'll treat customers pathetic i hope to be contacted today for the matter to resolved
