I called twice to make an enquiry and in both occasions was transferred to a supervisor who (in 20 minutes) did not bother to pick up the phone to assist

The second time i called i had to repeat my query as patricia initially did not update her records with my query.
Its impossible to beleive that such people are even hired when there are so many people out there needing jobs who could do a better job at their work than this.

These people do not have an idea what customer service is, i am still holding the line 25 minutes later as i write this report!
