SERVING CUSTOMER WITH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

I have a loan with Direct Axis and I called to get my settlement amount. Zimkhitha at Direct Axis picked up the phone. She verified my details as a policy and she told me "yuuu you are owing I won't be able to tolerate this", and she transferred me without even my consent to accounts department. I'm not even owing them at all shame but they have attitude. I wonder how many people get thrown out because they are owing. Why is direct Axis giving people money if they are going to insult them if they need information. What a disgusting attitude soo early. I will never borrow money or allow they sales people calling and selling the product that they won't even manage to offer better customer service to client. I'm a potential client like any other.
