Poor Service-Keep Transferring ME!!!

How many times do i have to repeat the same story .i spoke to 3 people for more than half an hour until i was transferred to ppn who said that i am transferred to the wrong department.i then called bonitas again and get transferred again.a simple question your people cannot answer!!! Wasting my time and money . i still got transferred again for the last ten minutes and just put the phone down. I have work to do and you keep transferring me making me repeat the same story.poor service guaranteed!!!
