Today- After struggling to get it right to change my monthly limit on internet banking- I phone their help line- after waiting for 20 minutes AT LAST someone answered- only to my disgust did he pick the phone up and chat to his friend while I was on the line- after about 3 minutes of me repeatedly screaming HELLO in the background- did he say "thanks for holding" when I asked him for help- he did not know what to do and put me through! another 5 minutes later- someone else picked up the phone and ALSO did not know how to do it. after that I went through another 3 operators who had no idea- and 20 minutes later- I hung up the telephone! how do they apply people who don't even know the bank?? I Will NEVER EVER advise anyone to go to standard bank- as their service!
