Outsurance
I want my money now!

Outsurance wrongfully debited my account. I nicely informed them of the mistake, and I don't appreciate their response as they told me I will get my money on the 25th! I need the cash, and every day that they are holding it, it is loosing value! Also If I don't honour my duties with my creditors, I will be liable for interest and conduct! The next thing I will be blacklisted!

I shouldn't even be justifying why they should return my money now! They should be doing everything possible to return my money immediately! I don't care about their internal processes, in the same way that they don't seem to care about my liabilities! The fact is that fundamentally, what they did is a criminal offence. The took my money without my permission or my consent. I don't owe them, and I have payed them without fault till the end!

I helped them realise their mistake, and instead of thanking me and being sorry and returning my money urgently, they dictate to me without reason or justification that I will get my money on the 25th! I am really furious!

Their consultant asked me to send a bank statement, which I did 2 days back, and I still don't have my money! They don't take this seriously!
