I want my money now!

MFC wrongfully debited my account. I nicely informed them of the mistake, and I don't appreciate their response as they told me I will get my money in 10 days! I need the cash, and every day that they are holding it, it is loosing value! Also If I don't honour my duties with my creditors, I will be liable for interest and conduct! The next thing if I am blacklisted, even MFC will deny me finance!

I shouldn't even be justifying why they should return my money now! They should be doing everything possible to return my money immediately! I don't care about their internal processes, in the same way that they don't seem to care about my liabilities! The fact is that fundamentally, what they did is a criminal offence. The took my money without my permission or my consent. I don't owe them, and I have payed them without fault till the end!

I helped them realise their mistake, and instead of thanking me and being sorry and returning my money urgently, they dictate to me without reason or justification that I will get my money in 10 days! I am really furious!

I sent a similar message to their care@mcf in response to them telling me about the 10 days, and they haven't responded.
