Debited irregularly: offf

I was very happy to have a policy such as this and all was fine but I was very off when the they debited my account early on the 11th of the month instead os the 25th as agreed.

i called to query as I was sure they made a mistake. but, no i was told that "you know it is festive season and people spend their all money"!!! what the!! who the do you think you are? It is not a big amount but it was the principle of the thing and the response i get me off to think they can basically take my money anytime they feel like with this kind of idiotic reasoning. if every other company did this??

even more irritating is i have another policy (auto care) with them for a while now and but that reasoning doesnt seem apply here. They where even very quick to tell me we can't give you money back even if you cancel now! keeep the money (and the R38 airtime wasted talking) so long as i never have to deal with anymore!!!
