I phoned the helpdesk of the card division tel 0112569988 at 07:54 whereby I requested the lady who answered the call to please explain why they took their premiums on the 24th instead of the 25th.

She explained that they do not do debit orders over the weekend, I wanted the money on my credit card to be available immediately and they said that it can only be availble the next day, she then transfered me to a lady in collections who told me the same thing, and kept me on hold for 5 min after I asked her to transfer me to someone with more athority. I ended the call seeing that the call cost me money and she just did not CARE! I

I just feel that they should have assisted me in making my balance avialable immediately reason being they took money that was not due to them a day before time and now that I need MY money they refuse to give it back to me. This is extremely unfair!! My account has never ever been in arrears - I have worked my things out in such a manner that I have money to do what I need to do today and now they have taken it hence I cannot honour my obligations today and this Makes me FURIOUS! I am the client you cannot tell me there is nothing you can do!!
