Outsurance illegally take money out of my account!

End 2012 I phoned outsurance for a vehicle cover quote. Asked them to hold off until I had my finances sorted & I would get back to them & tell them when I was ready to take it out. They ignored that request & removed money from my bank a/c. I phoned & complained & they said they would refund me. They then kept on harassing me with texts which I ignored, & removed money from my a/c the next month too. Once again I phone & they say they'll refund me. Because they money from me, I went into overdraft & was charged unauthorised overdraft fees & get a bad record with my bank!!! Same thing happens again. I phone on 06/03/13 & speak to Ronel who is abusive, rude, disinterested & slams phone down on me! I leave a message for her manager Lynette who is yet to return my call. I request once again that they stop money from me, that they must cancel all my information & that they must call me & tell me when they've given me back all the money they have from me. To date, no call. The public must be aware NEVER to give outsurance banking details - they will take money out of your a/c without your permission.
