Contacting an alien would appear simpler.
Communication is a key element in any service industry, be it written or verbal. Answering the phone or responding to mails would clearly be a good start. After numerous attempts to contact the company via telephone and ascertain progress on the payment of my claim without being able to reach the person designated to handle my claim I decided to visit their offices to resolve my problem. Not once but twice.
The first visit seemed promising the long awaited call from a senior management 2/4/2013- that was last Thursday 28/3/2013, no call received to date. Today's visit yielded a conversation informing via the front desk telephone that my payment had been paid. Oddly my next order of business was at the bank who on request informed I didn't even have a pending deposit.
IRATE is an understatement - communication even if it's just to say the claim is being processed would be appreciated -it's a form of COMMUNICATION!! Get the picture!!
Visiting office - I spoke to 'parties' via reception desk phone - STILL NO FACE TO FACE!!
Heard of customer service!!! HELLO
