End over backwards??

Their slogan definitely does not correspond to the poor service and professionalism of their staff since my issue in january to date. None were helpful, none knew what was happening and no one has come back to me despite numerous calls for feedback. I was in a motor vehicle accident and claimed via the call centre in jan. They first told me I have two options for reparation of damages, the first is they would take the car to their panelbeaters to sort out or they would be pay to sort the damages myself. As their client I chose option 1 that's what we pay insurance for. Therafter I received an email that they would not cover me as my policy changed without my authorisation, and that they would put the claim through on the person who bumped me. I agreed to that and again therafter was told they cannot do that either and now required to write my vehicle off to which I was very unhappy and closed vehicle and household insurance. after I agreed to take the write off payment and to date am waiting 2 weeks to be paid and again no feedback. I want my car sorted out, money paid into my account to sort out my car and the call recording, remuneration for 2 months and telephone calls.
