Bad administration and service

I called Altech towards end of march beggining of April and cancelled the contract. Was informed it is cancelled and no outstanding fees. Since the start of July i'm now being harassed for R345 that is due according to them. I got the first call and explained my side and requested all futher communication to be via e-mail as it is clear their admin relating to phone calls are not in order. Since then i've sent mails on 2013/07/01, 2013/12/13 and today. All i've been getting is phone calls, which i cut short and request emails and an sms this weekend to threaten me that the tracker will be suspended and i must pay r345 or face further action. Which part od e-mail communication does the company not understand? Furthermore i cancelled according to the procedure laid out, if they messed it up i cannot and will not be held responsible. I'm taking the matter to my lawyers. DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA SMS OR PHONE, USE THE EMAIL ADRESS ON FILE AND GET IN CONTACT WITH ME AS I WILL NOT BE HARASSED AND BULLIED LIKE THIS ANY LONGER. I want written emails for two simple reasons (to keep records and i'm in consulting so dont take calls of personal nature), surely that is not TOO much asked?
