It has been 6 months since my Solar Geyser was commissioned, the innovation group is handling the rebate claim on my behalf, it has taken longer than the 4-8 weeks waiting period stipulated by Eskom. The person handling the claim answers my queries with my application is in progress and that she is the contact person when I request information to personally investigate the delays. I have no proof of correspondence between Samantha and other parties involved in processing the claim.
