Repairs on cell phone still not done after 3 weeks

I handed my cell phone in at the Cell C repair center on 13/02/2013. A week later (after numerous attempts to get into contact with the relevant parties at the Contact Center), I was informed that I need to complete a claim form to action the repairs. I submitted a claim for my cell phone to be repaired on the 19/02/2013 via e-mail. After receiving no response, I send an e-mail again via the CCover e-mail address on 25/02/2013 requesting feedback on the process. An agent from the call center contacted me on 25/02/2013 to confirm that my claim has been approved - the repair center will be informed to start with the repairs on my cell phone ASAP. As I once again did not receive any feedback from CellC on the progress of the repairs, I contacted the repair center in Tygervally today. I was then informed that according to the system, the repair center only received the claim approval documentation on 01/03/2013 - 5 working days after I was informed that the claim has been approved. This process (from the initial dropping-off of the cell until today) has taken almost 3 weeks. The process is extremely frustrating as I am not kept informed about the process. Feedback would be appreciated
