NON RESPONSE OR PAYMENT

This is my second complaint on Hellopeter, although I have many more about Chartis. They continue religiously taking my money but NEVER EVER RETURN MAILS OR CLAIMS ETC. you have to hold on for 25 min to the call centre, I dont have that time like other people sitting doing nothing, I have work to do. I HAVE SUBMITTED CLAIM 2 MONTHS AGO!!

Please advise status of my claim!
