I have sent my Prestige banker an e-mail on the 19th March 2013 to which I only received an automated response. I phoned to follow up on the 26th and was promised that the matter will be escalated. I phoned again this morning and was told that someone will get in touch with me. I would have expected feedback within at least 3 days from my first query. It is now more than 2 weeks later and I still do not have any feedback. Can anyone blame me for considering moving banks?
