Budget insurance - DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I was a Budget Insurance policy holder for a long time. When I had a claim after our vehicle was written off in an accident, after it was, they declined the claim and cancelled the policy. They found a technical error in our other vehicle's policy, not even the same vehicle than the one with the claim. After sending the wrong audio tapes to the ombudsman and taking to much time on answering mails and complaints, everything expired, leaving me with R 124 000-00 damages. They DO NOT pay out when they must, people must be aware of this. They pay out small claims, but the big ones they investigate or use so much time, that they later on does not pay out, and you can do nothing about it. They don't even respond to your mails and letters.
