Chartis Life does not pay out claims!

I went in for knee surgery on 13 June 2013. The Cashback plan I have with Chartis life is suppose to pay out money to me for every day I was in hospital. Till today, the only response I get when I have to call to find out the status of my claim, they keep on telling me the documents was not received. I faxed it 5 times, I emailed it too. One consultant said they received the documents and will process my claim, nothing happened, when I called back, they requested the documents to be sent AGAIN. Why am I paying my instalments every month? They are happy to collect money, but they never want to pay out. this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my LIFE! shame on you!!
