New vehicle damaged via hail storm last year, car booked for repairs in January 2013, received back two months later with such poor workmanship from Hofbro Auto Body. The assesor from the start did not quote on the job properly, Outsurance outsources work to back street panelbeaters and then expects me to be satisfied when the car looks like its been put together from parts of another vehicle. Took car to Renew It who asked which plumber did the job! My experience has been a disaster and I have not had any feedback from Outsurance, all I do is phone and send e mails with no response.
