My vehicle was in an accident a few months ago, OUTsurance processed my claim rather efficiently and promptly. I must say though that they deal with some interesting people:
1. The panelbeater had my vehicle for MONTHS and I had to enquire every time how far they were. I battled to get feedback from them.
2. The Panelbeater promised to keep me updated every Tuesday, I am the one that had to call them all the time.
3. The workmanship was very poor by the panelbeater, the wheel alignment was completely OUT when they gave me the vehicle back. I had to pay to have that sorted out (Yet I have insurance)
4. There is a missing rubber from the wheel arch that they did not put back.
5. They have some integrity issues - they say they will call back but they don't
6. My vehicle returned with chips that were not there before, they admitted liability and repaired some of them poorly.
7. When taking their workmanship up with them, they blamed it on OUTSURANCE.
8. There are other faults in the vehicle that are not rectified.
OUTSURANCE, I am insured with YOU and not the panelbeater! This is your Service Provider & they blame everything on YOU.
