Waiting for the card for almost a month

I opened a business account at germiston branch. The process was painful with a long wait as they said their business consultant was on leave. After a long wait i eventually had my account open little did i know that it is the beggining of a long wait. The gave me a debit card which apparently can only swipe for R2000 a day. This was not much of a problem because they told me my card will be available in about 7 day. After 7 days i went to the branch & i was told the card was not showing in the system i spoke to the same lady in who applied for the card she claimed she applied for it. Even after several attempts to check on the process being sent from pilar to post my card has not been applied fro 20 after i opened my account. Please sort out the mess.
