Discovery Card
Cancelled / Never used Card Handed ove

Discovery sent me a credit card years ago around 2003/2004, which I can't remember asking for (back when they could just send you credit cards unsolicited). I immediately cancelled it and never used it. YEARS later I got a freaking lawyers letter. I have since explained this story at least 8 times to various, all of whom promise to get it resolved and never do.
I could pay the R700 but I am not going to. I want it written off as everybody I have spoken to has promised to do.
The service. The consultants have no idea. The supervisors are useless. And Not ONCE has anyone actually come back to me.
