Waiting for Third Party Payment of Claim

I was in a car accident in the middle of January. There was no fault on my part as I was stationery at a red robot. The owner of the bakkie that knocked into me had admitted it was her fault. I understand that every company has procedures and timelines to follow, but now this is getting ridiculous. Today is the 3rd of April 2013 and I have still not received any payment. A signature was omitted from a outsurance form, which I only found out about another two weeks later, looks like Outsutance wants me to forget about the payment. I then called in today to ask about the payment only to be told by the incompetent consultant again that it is another 15 days or I must count the 15 days. I asked to give me a date as to when this will be paid. I am tired of waiting and waiting. Nobody ever follows up, I always have to be doing the follow ups, trying to get feedback. I will never use Outsurance neither will I recommend them to anyone.
