On the 17th of Feb 2013 I was involved in a motor car accident of which the other party involved admitted she's at fault for Jumping robot and put in a claim of which is now in progress so her insurance will be liable for paying me out as i do not have insurance.

I called outsurance to find out on the progress on this after getting assessment done on my car. Guy dealing with the claim is Zamani Dlamini and he tells me that i could have been Negligent and the amount they pay me out will be dependent on the damages to my car compared to hers together with my Negligents. How the can they tell me I'm Negligent and i must be aware on the road??? Who's more at fault when jumping a red robot? and why give me all this and ask me all these questions if there was a case made and in there it clearly states that she's at fault and her insurance will be paying me out!!! There's much more to this story but for now OUTSURANCE AND REALLY ME OFF!!!
