Punishment for not being a Client

Hi
I am not an OutSurance client but I put a third party claim in on behalf of my fianc? after her car was hit by an OutSurance client who skipped the stop street. After the accident the car overheated and eventually broke down. We now have to rely on others in order for us to get to and from work. What makes this worse is the fact that we now have to wait 15 days from today (2013-10-10) for the claim to be finalized. The Accident happened 2013-09-18. I am getting married in two weeks and after the wedding I would very much like to go on honeymoon which means in two weeks I would be unavailable to take the car to the panel beaters and then collect it again. I understand that you have to do all the procedures but in my case I would like to think you would understand that time is going to be a problem. I have never been a OutSurance client so I would not know if the waiting period is the same for your actual clients as well? Are we being punished for not being a Outsurance Client? In this case I would never consider to become a client since the waiting time to get something done would be to long with Outsurance.
