The shocking service continues

On the 23rd of March I tried to cancel an FNB Insurance policy after receiving shocking service x2 in the week prior. I received confirmation of cancellation and was instructed to cancel the stop order with the bank, which I tried to do... after more than 1/2 hour on the phone and x2 emails later, I was directed back to FNB Insurance stating that only they can stop the payment... Today I receive a mail 'confirming' that the policy was cancelled (3 March!!) this after the April debit order was deducted and after an additional mail was sent this AM requesting refund of incorrect debit order (no reply...) and in the mail is a comment: "client * urgent very rude". #1: I'm irate because of shocking service received over 2 weeks and no query resolution and #2 if 'urgent' why a reply back on the 3rd of APRIL! Shocking-shocking client interaction!
