It is now the 16th of April. I had cancelled this policy with this company via e-mail before the debit order date. There was no response with regards to my e-mail, only the office automated e-mail response. I noted on the 2nd of April that there had been debit orders taken off of my account from Budget after cancelling, then phoned call centre and the lady said she doesn't understand why there was a debit order even if the account was in suspense not even cancelled as yet. She cancelled it, and referred my first query to the relevant department for them to contact me. I had been contacted by a consultant for the VAS Ins debit orders last week and had sorted that side of the query with the relevant Refund of R230 for their error debit orders. He then also forwarded my details to the 'relevant' department with a copy of my statement showing the charges. I then received an sms asking for the statement again. He assured me he had sent it to them and forwarded his e-mail for my reference. I sent another e-mail to them but no reply since last week. This morning sent another threatening this post, and received reply for Id or Policy nr. Now still waiting for response to e-mail.
