My husband and brother applied for a homeloan on 12 Feb 2013. Since the the app was recaptured 4 times. Louise @ carnival mall logged so many complaints and every time there is a different comeback as to why they dont go ahead with the application. She is really a great consultant, but from homeloans we are just getting nowhere. Everytime we think this is the last then something else comes up. How are we all suppose to stay with a bank if we dont get service. We are going to loose the property if we cant give the owner a answer and loose money that we put in due to the fact that they will sell to someone else. How can it take one day to get a pre-approval and as soon as you submit documents it takes more than 2 months. This is the worst service I have ever recieved. Hope someone will be able to assist.
