Smart device order from FNB

I ordered a laptop from FNB with their smart device specials. This order was placed on the 7th December. i was told to e-mail debit order switching forms. I explaine dthat my debit prder were already going off my account and my salary was being deposited into this account already. Needless to say I completed forms as I was told, stating that debit orders etc had already been switched. This was on the 11th december. WEEKS went by with ni response form FNB or the courier service. I then received an SMS on the 8th January stating that they had no received my forms. I phoned to query this and AGAIN told then that my debit order already canme off this account. I was then promised that I would receive my laptop by the 15th January.by the 16th I still had not heard form either FNB or the ccourier company so i phoned to query it AGAIN> I was then told they would highlight this as urgent and I would receive mylaptop within 3 days. Today is the 2nd day and I decided ot query it again - to make sure that after all these failed promises that my laptop was actually on its way. Only to be told it was only logged and marked as urgent on Thirsday. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY LAPTOP - SHOCKING SERVI
