I applied to the customer assist in February 2013. Spoke to Trivina. Sent me a response. Offered my credit rehabilitation. Then I had to reapply in April 2013. Received a response from Standard Bank that it was declined.
I had my account with this bank since 4-5 years. All I ask this bank to help me as I was having financial difficulties.

Standard Bank has destroyed my life financially. I am near to suicide. Why is this bank so inconsiderate to assist me. My account has been excellent until a few months ago.

The bank does not care and the motto "moving forward" only suits the bank. How can I go forward if the bank cannot assist me.

If I has the fund to close my account, I would do so immediately.
