Horrific Service from Customer Assist

I approached standard bank in regards to customer assist after my company closed down and having a loss of income for a month. After which, I still managed to pay all my debit orders. Since then I have found a new Job, but due to the fact of going a month without income things have gotten extremely tight to manage.

I am in urgent need for some assistance - I was recommended to approach the credit consolidation option that Standard Bank has on offer. I was told I will receive assistance within 15 working days.
(take note - the request was sent on the 11TH OF OCTOBER 2013)

I have since called Standard Bank to follow up - and was informed it will be sorted by the the 5th of November 2013.

After the 5th came and went, I requested an update again, with Standard Bank customer assist informing me it will only be done in the 2nd week of December.

Since then I have been back and forth on the phone to find out, why this is taking so long I only get told that I have to wait further.

SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A BANK THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH FOR OVER 15 YEARS! VERY SAD TO THINK THAT THIS IS A BANK THAT HAS MOST OF THE MARKET SHARE AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THERE LOYAL CLIENTS!!
