Receipt of my complaint via Standard Bank's website on 10 January was acknowledged per sms. No futher response.
I thought I would get a response from Standard Bank when I complained via Hello Peter on 16 January, but also no response. It seems to me they don't know how to assist me.
Does anyone know where I can get hold of the CEO of Standard Bank?? Maybe he/she can get someone to respond...
