Dubbel Debit Orders

African Bank keeps on deducting dubbel payments on debit order and if you call the call center they only said because you were in arrears but cannot send statement showing arrears. How can you be in arrears with a debit order? INCOMPITENT BANK. Don't do business with them. BAD SERVICE
