Debit orde

I have a loan at African Bank with a monthly debit order loaded for 25th of each month. The debit order for this month (November) did not go off. I went to query this at the Mowbray branch today (26/11/2013), as that is the branch I took the loan out with. They could not help me as they had no airtime to call the headoffice. I then went to the Strand street branch and spoke to Leslie. She told me the debit order was returned as "not provided for". I told her there was and still is funds in the account and she requested a bank statement. I will only provide African Bank with a bank statement if they reimburse me the charges for drawing a statement. I request African Bank to debit my account with the installment due (no penalty fees or arrears interest) and further request to have the "not provided for" remark to be removed from my account on their system. I also do not want any negative listings to be listed with the credit bureaus. Please sort this out urgently.
