Charging Interest on Arrears when paid on time!!!

I have a few account with African bank, and it came to my attention on all my statements, which is on debit order by the way, they have been charging me INTEREST ON AMOUNT IN ARREARS since the beginning of them all!!! I have never skipped payment!!! all my debit orders goes through every single month!!! UNLESS They deduct before the date i specified!!! But they do get them on the dates specified afterwards!! i name it for a little amount from all their clients add up to be a huge sum at the end!!! Refund me all the amounts you deducted for Interest on amount in Arrears on all my accounts over the past 2 years!!!
