Arrears not cleared

I have 2 loans and a credit card with african bank. in december 2012 my account was debited for all these 3 accounts without informing me that i should make provision for this. there was no money in my account and the debit orders were returned. I was charged for this by my bank. in januare arrangementy a consultant from african bank called me and arranged with me for a double debit end january and i agreed. They even sent me sms'es confirming the arranement. up until today the double debits have never happened and i am being charged interest by african bank fir being behind with my payments. I would like to state that as a consumer i will not pay that interest, the initial early debits were done without my consent on a day which is not my payday, and i want african bank to refund my bank charges for being irresponsible.by reflecting thta i am in arrears african k is tarnishing my credit record and i do not appreciate that. i hope i will get a fabourable reaction to this complaint.
