I took a loan from African bank they debit my account when ever they fill like it and charge me interest for amount in arrears now for the whole of December they assumed that we closed in my company and they dint debit the account and I was living the money every week for them to debit as my debit is on a weekly base. now they the call me and tell me of arrears that was created by them. I am fed up with the service I receive from billing department. I am not gonna pay for the arrears they created I have been patient with their service for long now.
