Arrears fees on a paid account

These people knows how to make their money.
The charge me an arrears fee on my personal loan with them even though I have a debit order on my account for the same day my salary goes into my account. The debit order on my statement when through on the 25th but they charge me 90 something rand arrears fee. how the do you explain that. Bunch of if you ask me.

They did the same with my credit card. I signed a debit order on my credit card for the 25th then they go and debit my account on the 22nd or 23rd. I wonder who gave them the right to just access your account when ever they feel like it.

I'm sure every African bank clients name looks up to because THEY don't know how the system work
