So after my initial complaint, I asked them to change my debit order. Obviously, not being able to trust the GREEN Goblins I call them to check on the request. (Needless to say no one called me)
I dial the number on the website, 0860 555 111, listen to the prompts, BLABLA, press 1, BLABLA press 2, LMFAO >>> "you have dialed an invalid number"
Okay, attempt 2 > I dial 0860103582
BLA press 4, press 2> get through to someone. "Hi, I need to check on my debit order date"
"u need to speak to collections" Get thru to collections, fine, they confirm debit order date changed.
Asked about the issues > it was because of the holidays.
So, naturally, with the upcoming holiday at the end of April, I asked... if you saying you th! eves are deducting early because of the holidays, does that mean you going to deduct earlier than the last day of the month?
I don't know.
So > how am I supposed to plan if you don't know because u never TOLD ME u were going to deduct earlier for Feb & MARCH!
She doesn't know > funny thing, Zandile doesn't have a manager till 12:00???
So... whos running the show then? IT, THE CLOWN?
After you have been with FNB, Nedbank is JUST a BIG FAT JOKE!
