I have a loan account with nedbank & the debit order date is the 25th.jan nedbank tried to deduct on the 22nd & i called the bank to ask why they went 3days early & the lady i spoke to assured me that the d/order wont decline as their system tracks the account till theres fund available.d/order decline on my account.feb the same thing happened & i called again to ask why they still deducting on the 22nd while i specifically told them that the 25th is the right day to deduct, i was told by a consultant that nedbank will refund me the bank charges if d/order returns.today its the 22nd march & d/order just went off, i then called nedbank again & i spoke to Sithesihle who told me that most people got paid early last month & thats why d/order went off early.i then ask her if i did notify them of any date change & she said no.she then transfered me to collection department as she said theyl be able to assist with my problem.i spoke to Sibusiso Ngwenya who told me that i was transfered to the wrong department as he cant help me with that & i should go back to client service.who should refund me my bank charges as i gave a date for deductions & u not using that date.i now had to change dates
