Unfairly terminated from my dstv

I am a debit order customer and got cut off. I have to pay arrears and R50 to reinstate my service again. I went in arrears because I upgraded my service online this month. I cannot afford it this month so I downgraded again. Right after I downgraded I got cut off. I tried to speak to a consultant but because my cell number is linked to my account it wont let me. All it gives me is "press 1 to listen to your balance or press 2 to listen to your balance and do not want to use DStv anymore" I emailed Multichoice and got a reply from them saying I must pay the amount due plus R50 to reinstate my service. It is unacceptable as I have a debit order pending on the 1st. My account is payed every month on the 1st via debit order. If it is a problem to upgrade and downgrade online as you like, why do I get penalized for this? I do not wish to watch SABC 1 2 and 3 and that's why I pay my account every month via debit order. I want my service reinstated and an apology for my inconvenience and do NOT wish to pay the R50 fee.
