INCORRECT INFO RECORDED RUDENESS BAD ATTITUDE

MY PERSONAL LOAN DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF ON THE 25TH OF JANUARY 2013 INSTEAD OF THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. MS. FAITH MOLOTSANE FROM THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT WAS IN CONTACT WITH ME TO RECTIFY THE ERROR WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. I WAS ASKED OF MY SALARY DATE IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE DEBIT ORDER DATE. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HER IT WAS THE FIRST OR THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH BUT SHE WENT ON TO RECORD THE DEBIT ORDER DATE TO THE 27TH. I CONFIRMED THE DATE OF THE 27TH FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES AFTER SHE RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT CONFIRMING ANYTHING. NUMEROUS CALLS WERE MADE TO THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO SPEAK TO MS. MOLOTSANE'S SUPERIORS BUT MY LINE WAS ONCE AGAIN HUNG UP WHEN I WAS PROMISED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ONE THE SUPERIORS. TWO OF THE TRANSFERRING CULPRITS GO BY THE NAME OF ESSIE WADE AND EILAND WEBB.
MY DEBIT ORDER DATE IS STILL NOT CORRECT AND IT WILL GO OFF ON THE INCORRECT DATE RESULTING IN EXTRA BANK CHARGES INCURRED BY MYSELF SHOULD THE AVAILABLE AMOUNT IN MY A/C NOT BE ENOUGH FOR THE DEBIT ORDER.
