My bank account has been debited by Netcash for sometime and I only found out on the 17th of March 2013.

When phoning Netcash to find out what it is about I am told is for a company known as Lever Bennefits which I have never had of. The only thing Netcash could help with is a number that does not seem to work. I asked them to tell me for how long has this been going on and they could not tell me.

Is there a way I can get all the amount that they had been transacting on my account for I never had any account with Lever Bennefit. Even if I had I would not ask them to debit my account on the 15th whereas I am paid month end.
Please help.
