Increased vehicle installment

I received a phone call from Absa asking for proof that my vehicle is insured after sending them the proof via e-mail. a week later I received an sms stating that my installment will be increased by R976 for insurance on a 2009 car insurance. I have mailed the proof of ensurance again and received a read receipt. Now my installment has gone up with this amount after e-mailing this proof of vehicle ensurance twice. This is for the bank to make me pay for their ensurance without signing any documentation. I want my money back by the end of today 29 March or I will open a criminal case.
