ABSA AIP SERVICES ARE FRAUDTERS AND SKELMS

On the 26june i sent an e-mail to Absa AIP Services: "I spoke with Letia At your offices regarding a sms I received this morning which reads: "Dear ABSA client, your vehicle instalment will increase by R 842.14 as no proof of insurance was received" As I explained to letia (REF # :1-1150740827), I already sent my proof of insurance on 2013-06-07.and was told that it would be reversed/cancelled... I am just sending this e-mail to be certain that there will be no additional charges/changes to my instalments. And to express my utter disgust regarding this matter, as I sent the proof of insurance on the 7th of this month already, today is the 26th... what the? 19 days not opening your mail to check if clients sent their proof of insurance... This is very unprofessional of ABSA. I mean how the can you charge me for insurance on the vehicle, as firstly I sent my proof ages ago, and secondly how the do you insure someone without confirming any details, details like regular driver etc.? I think it is Very "Skelm" of ABSA... DO YOUR JOBS!!! SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO! " And today they deducted it. I want my money back including bank costs!
