Pre agreement for loan not met

I have two accounts with Wesbank. One is a Vehicle Finance and the other a loan.

The agreement was that they will run the debit order on the 1st of every month.By today, the 29th of March 2013, they tried to debit my account. How can a bank just decide to debit your account? I only get paid on the 1st of every month, and not a day sooner.

I want these debit orders removed from my account. I will rather pay it manually, as it seems to me they can't manage it correctly. And the worst part of all, is that I need to pay the declined Fees.
