ABSA Card for Collection

Received a sms from the branch to inform me that my card is ready for collection last week Monday. I went on Tuesday to collect my card and nobody could find it. I even called the acting branch manager to inform her. She wasn't even much of help. My card wasn't even on the card register. The lady who helped me was embarrassed and had no answer to me accept that she knows that my card is in the branch and that I had to come back again. Eventually after a while they find my card and other peoples cards lying on the desk next to her with that person not even working on that day. Absa didn't hold the cards in a safe place. Now I wonder why there is so much with banks? Very unprofessional!
