Outsurance
Not getting anywhere

I was in accident on the 19th of March where an outsurance client hit me from behind, pushing me into the car infront of me causing back and front damage. I got the claim number from their clint and submitted my claim form. I was told a legal advisorwould be allocated to me but nothing has happened. My car is badly damaged and hasnt even been for an assessment, everytime i call to try and follow up, i get nowhere. This is definitely not reflecting any bend over backwards attitude.
